SOrry to all those who I have not emailed back! I seriously am having issues with checking my email... as in I never check it. BUt it's not because I don't love you.

I feel good today. I feel so good I just want to sit around and feel good. Yesterday I beat up a punching bag and ran untill I couldn't run any more and since then life has been on the up. Moral of the story-- if your mad be mad and take care of it, botteling it up only means it will come out in the wrong ways later. (I need to remeber this)
