*this phrase could mean many things. ie isn't an undergrad at BYU and therefore not in need to live in BYU approved housing or are 25, or not in need BYU housing and a social BYU singles ward, or not in need BYU housing and not in need a million students every where, or someone who wants to live around real people who aren't just single or recently married, or someone who will put up with a roommate who may possibly want to attend a family ward for a while...
